Ordering
The customer creates an order by selecting items, entering contact details, choosing delivery or pickup, and confirming the order at checkout.
The order is sent to the restaurant only after successful confirmation in the application.
Prices and charges
All prices are displayed in Serbian dinars. The final total is shown before order confirmation and may include item prices, discounts, delivery fees, and other visible charges.
If there is an obvious price or availability error, the restaurant may contact the customer to agree on a change or cancellation.
Online card payment
When online card payment is selected, payment is processed through an external payment provider. Card data is not stored in the restaurant PWA application.
An online-paid order is considered paid only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.
Delivery and pickup
Available fulfillment options depend on the restaurant configuration, working hours, delivery coverage, and service availability.
Displayed delivery or pickup times are informational and may change for operational reasons.
